Deleting your team
How to delete
If you are an Admin and want to remove your team from Cortee, do the following:
- Click Manage team.
- Select Delete team.
After deletion
When you delete a team, all associated data is marked for permanent deletion starting 30 days later. Your workspace stays available during that 30 day grace period, then it is removed for good.
Subscription and refunds
Deleting your team cancels your subscription, and access stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not offered for team deletion unless one of these applies:
- You qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee as an individual (full refund within 14 days of purchase).
- You are still in the trial period.
