Your team
When you register, Cortee creates your first team for you. The team name depends on how you signed up:
- Company email address: The team name matches your email domain.
- Other email addresses: The team name is your personal name.
You can customize the workspace any time. Go to Manage team to edit the team name or upload a logo.

Invite people from Manage team.
Plan limits still apply based on your seat limit. See Pricing for details.
Team member roles
- Admin: Full control. Admins can capture thoughts, edit pages, update team details (name and logo), manage billing, and invite or remove members.
- Member: Active collaborators. Members can capture thoughts, create pages, edit pages, view team details, and see who is on the team.
- View only: Available on some plans. These users can read pages, but cannot capture thoughts or edit content.
Switching teams
If you belong to more than one team, switch between them with the team selector.
Leaving a team
You can leave a team at any time.
