The composer

The composer is the input field at the bottom of every screen. Type a note and submit it; each submission is one note. Cortee figures out what should change in your documentation, updates the page, and attaches references where they belong.

First thoughts

Start writing in the composer when a page is empty. Because an empty page has little context, make your first note on a new page longer and factual. Later notes can be shorter, and unfinished notes are fine.

Instructions

You can also give Cortee instructions in the composer to change formatting, tone, layout, or structure. Learn more about restructuring pages.

After you submit

A submitted change stays a draft until processing finishes, and once processing is done the change is final. Output can still be incomplete or wrong, so review it before you rely on it.
