You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. The preferred way to withdraw is in the application, using the “Manage Subscription” button. Alternatively, you may withdraw by email to the address above or by a letter sent by post. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw online via “Manage Subscription”, or submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically (including by email), we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Reimbursement is processed by Paddle Payments Ltd. as merchant of record where that is how the payment was taken.

If you requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with confirmation of that consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.

For a contract for services, the right of withdrawal also expires prematurely if the service has been fully performed and the performance began with your prior express consent and with your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.
