Changes

When you type in the composer and the page content updates, those updates are highlighted right away so you stay in control and can see exactly what Cortee changed. Use the toolbar to undo or redo each change.

Changes are the individual edits from your composer input in a session. They are short term and come from you, which is different from version history. Version history covers major updates between sessions and across the whole team, and it is the long term record from everyone.

Turn the feature on by clicking Show Changes at the top right of the page.

Draft vs. final

Notes in the composer are processed quickly, so you see a result almost right away with an orange Draft icon. That means the thought is still processing and the changes are not saved yet.

When the icon switches to Final, the checks are done and your data is saved.

Undo and redo

• If you undo a change, those edits are gone, including any new references, and Cortee will not remember what you typed for that change.
• If you redo, the changes come back.
• Undo and redo only cover your own edits on the current page. If several people edit the same document at once, you can only undo your own changes.

When a thought cannot be processed

If something is wrong, undo the change or tell Cortee to do it differently. If a thought cannot be processed, a message appears above the composer so you can edit the thought and submit it again.
