Trust center updates

  • Changes to subprocessors

    Effective 12 Oct 2026

    Starting 12 October, the companies that handle customer data for us will change. We call those companies subprocessors. Three names on that list change on that date.

    • Auth0 will be added as a subprocessor.
    • Celeris will be removed. Today it runs the language model on notes, pages, and files.
    • Clerk will be removed. Today it holds accounts and sign-in.

  • European customer data stays in Europe

    From 12 October, data for customers in Europe is saved in Europe and processed in Europe. That includes data we store, and data we handle while the product is in use for those customers. We do not transfer that data to a country outside Europe after that date.
