Edit documentation from the facts
Each edit starts from a fact your team shared.
What fact-based means here
A fact-based edit begins with something your team already knows. You write that fact in plain language, and Cortee limits the change to the passage that fact affects. The page moves because of what you shared, not because a model filled empty space.
How Cortee compares on collaborative edits
Many documentation tools help you draft text. Fewer keep a shared page current after a decision lands in Slack or a meeting. When you enter what changed, Cortee updates the live page in about 0.7 seconds1, shows the edit on the page, and lets you reverse it if it misses.
Where other tools sit
Notion AI helps across a workspace of pages, tasks, and databases. GitBook fits published technical documentation with Git sync. SharePoint stores and governs company documents. Cortee sits beside those tools for the pages your team still reads when a rule changes, so fact-based edits land on the live document without replacing the rest of your stack.
Who this is for
Teams that already know the answer and need the page to catch up. Department heads who want generated wording without losing control of what stays. Business teams that have been pasting chatbot drafts into shared documents and need a cleaner loop.
Product facts and pricing
Edits apply to the live page. Every change can be reversed. Documents are stored in the EU on AWS Ireland. We do not train on customer data, and we do not sell customer data. Sign-in, search, and generation currently process in the United States, with EU-only processing available on Scale.
