One live page for shared documents

One live page keeps shared documents from drifting.

When copies disagree

Teams often keep the real answer in a personal note, a shared folder, or a document several people edited last month. By the time someone asks how a process works, those copies have drifted, and nobody is sure which version is current.

One live page for the rule

You write the new rule once, and Cortee updates a single live page from that note. Everyone reads the same wording. The next change starts from that page instead of from another drifted copy.

What you do not have to move

You do not need to migrate every company document to get that clarity. Start with onboarding, refunds, handovers, or the process pages people ask about every week. Leave the rest of your document library where it already works.

Compared with pasting a chatbot draft

A pasted draft can look finished on day one. When the rule changes again, the chat is usually gone, and document history often does not explain what should be current. With one live page, the team has a single place to update and read.
